He does this everytime I read Very Hungry Caterpillar!
He loves the picture of the sun - he actually kisses and hugs it!!!
Tonight I was reading another book by Eric Carle called Draw Me a Star, and there is a picture of a sun in there too, and he did the same thing!!! I just had to take a picture of it!!!

Yes he does!!! I didnt realize the draw me a star one has a smiley too - its more subtle... but as soon as he saw it, he did the same thing he does with the other one - first, he "yells" and slaps the sun all excited, then he puts his face down on it like the pics - kissing and hugging - it is so cute in real life, it turns my heart to goo!!!!!
