He is finally here with pic
13 days late and a crazy labor! Thank you angela for the updates!
Here is how it al went down....
Saturday 2/5 went to the doc expecting to be sent to the hospital to get induced...only to find there was still no progress!
But too much time was passing by and he scheduled me for an induction prep tues 2/8 and induction for 2/9.
The rest of the weekend i was determined to induce labor myself as you all know
Well it worked because i had contractions all day Sunday and called the doc Monday morning and went in that night to get induced instead
We got to the hospital around six and the plan was to get the cervadil and then the next morning start piton and get induced
I got the cervadil and and two hours later it fell out in the bathroom gross
So I had to get another one. When u get cervadil u can not move off your side or eat or use the bathroom for two hours I had to do this twice! Four hours! I was so thirsty and uncomfortable on my side and I was getting contractions but couldn't get up and walk
I ended up getting Demerol because the pain was so bad, within ten minutes after getting the demerol I started puking and other stuff at the same time in the frigging hospital bed on a bed pan and with a bucket! It was awful for about two hours. Then once the Demerol kicked in I was better but still contracting like crazy, the nurse was ready to give an epidural it was two am and I said yes. After the demerol was in me she was able to see the consistency and intensity on the monitor
By three o'clock the gave me something else that was supposed to slow down my contractions and it didn't work. They called me doc and he came and tried to break my water but it must've already broke and decided to give me an emergency c section. Deacon was up with me all night and in the room with all the vomiting and stuff he kept giving me new bucket pails and rinsed them out. He was so amazing, he fell asleep at three and I let him sleep. I had to wake him up at four and tell him we were getting an emergency c section now because the baby wasn't getting enough oxygen. I know he was worried, but I tried ton calm him down.
The actual surgery went well I was feeling really good and we had a great anastethologist who told us everything what was happening and what I was going to feel and he was dead on.
The best part of the whole experience was when deacon told me it's a boy! He filled up it was just so sweet. We went through so much these past 36hours and he has literally seen me at my worst and words just can not express how much I love him. He is an amazing father and husband. Omg I am crying now as I write this....
Well here is our awfully large bundle of joy.....
Nathaniel deacon Fahl born....Tuesday, February 8,2011 @ 4:39am, 9 pounds 9 oz, 21.5 inches long

OMG! You've had quite a couple of past weeks - ending with what didn't sound like an easy labor. Now your reward is your Little Boy! God Bless him and you and your DH! I'm so happy for you! We'll miss you on here! Stop by often with updates and good luck!!!  Enjoy your  !!!!

He is beautiful...Congrats...I have been following your story on here. I guess the Demerol didn't agree with you...That must have been awful... Enjoy your baby boy and I hope to see you on the Parenting board...
