Healthier Salami?
My 3 year old is on a salami kick after convincing me to buy what she tried on sample at Costco. The ingredients don't look very good. I'm also required to pick the little pieces of pepper out. Any recommendations for a salami that's good for children or a close alternative?

I never tried it, but Applegate makes an uncured one. The ingredients don't look as terrible. And nitrate free

Looks good. Thanks. No pepper in the ingredients either, so hopefully no hard lumps.

There are definitely peppercorns you have to pick out of Applegate. Not many, but they are in there. (Ingredient list includes "spices") You may get a few pieces in each pack that don't have any.
