Healthy foods
I am having a hard time with better food choices now that i am pg. i dont want to overindulge in things but i am one of those people who have always been on a diet constantly! i dont know how to eat healthy, i either diet, or pig out. what are some good choices, or should i just go with moderation? i am not really worried about calories, just really quality. thanks for any advice!

Most reasonably, I like the idea of moderation.
I love lots of healthy snacks though: apple or banana & peanut butter veggies or pita with hummus crackers & cheese yogurt & granola cereal bar fruit jello/pudding nuts

Here is a site that can help. Not only does it give what you should be eating, but it helps you meal plan and create a shopping list.

Scroll down to the MyPyramid plan for Moms part and click. It will take you through a couple of steps, but it is worth it IMO.
