Heard this on the radio today and thought it was interesting...if you could chose your own name...
...what would it be?
Or do you like your own name so much, you'd keep it?
For some reason I love the name Jillian.
I'd love to be named that.
Not Jill though- just Jillian!

i dunno it's hard to say. I like my name, but I don't know if that's just because I am so used to it. I can't think of another name I would pick right now. Maybe if I got to name myself as a baby it would be different

I hate my name, just because for my age group there sre TONS of us. Thst said, I really cant see myself with another name I could pull off, well maybe B1tch, but thsts not to common

I like my name, I think it is classic and strong. That said if I had to pick I would pick something really jazzy like Valentina or Sienna.

I feel the same way. The year I was born it was the MOST popular name....arghhhh 
Its not a popular name now. too common for the names that are used now I guess.
With that said, Im not sure I would want a different name.

Even though I have a popular name (for my age, not now) I like it. I like that it can be shortened easily too. But if I had to pick another name i'd probably choose Paige. I've always loved that name, I don't know why.

I love my name because it is very unique but people have a hard time pronouncing it. I would keep my name but spell it differently.

As much as I loved my Grandmother, I was named for her, and I've never liked my name. That's why I tried to give my Daughters pretty names!! Deborah Elizabeth and Donna Sue!! I think they like 'em!!!  Mary

I like my name, it's pretty uncommon. But I don't like it with my last name (maiden). Not sure what I would choose...probably my DDs name...which is why I picked it. Also an uncommon name.

My name is fine. It's suiting for me and growing up there weren't a ton of Kerri's around. I liked being the only one or at least one of the very few.
I'm not big on common names.

Always hated my name. It rhymes with unpleasant things. That's fun growing up. It was also popular.
I used to want my name to be Jessica now my name is growing on me... slowly.

I used to really want to be Kimberly.. then Stephanie.. then Lauren.. then Jill. But now that I'm older I just feel very comfortable in my own name. In fact.. I think if I were to have a daughter I might even consider Jeannie as her name too!

Although I minored in creative writing in college and whenever a character was remotely autobiographical Wendy and Maggie were go to names and I could see myself with either one of them.

I like my name because its not overly common. I don't like it when other people around me have my name!! It gets too confusing that way. I like being a little unique, but its not over the top.

I always wanted to be named Katrina. And I have used the nickname for it as my stage name for years.
Eta: As far as my name now i have never been a fan of it. For years I was called a nickname variation of it and then I moved away and people called me by my full name and I like that more now.
