Heart rate and sex...
Okay girls, for those that know the sex of your baby... what was the heart rate???
I'm on team  , but at my appointment this morning the doctor said he estimates the heart rate to be about 130-140 which to me, would suggest  . So i'm wondering how accurate that old myth is.
Please post the sex of your baby and heart rate. Thanks!

1. 138
2. 155
3. 140
We had a girl.

i have 2 boys and a girl and their heart rates were all between 130-140.

In the beginning the HR was always around 135-140. Then after my 16 week it was around 145-150.
At my 20wk appt it was 155 strong and we were confirmed

well, I'm 20 weeks and ultrasound says its a boy and hr has always been over 154

yes i've heard that most HR's are high in the beginning, but it's only when they drop after 20 weeks... does it signify boy or girl. Hmmm...

this is interesting... both times the HR has been well over 150 (169 at 8 weeks and 158 at 12 weeks) - i wonder what we are having?

I have been wondering if this myth holds true as well! I'm just starting my 2nd trimester, the heartbeat is always around 180. When I was pregnant with dd, her heartbeat was around 160. I can't wait to see if this myth turns out to be true. I'll have to post when we find out!!

myth was wrong for my DD she ranged from 140's to 150's towards the end she was in the 140's
