true..I think when anyone chooses to drink and drive you know u stand a chance of killing someone and when that happens and in this case it did, it should be MURDER!

i think once they explain the rules and the definitions...
i think it would break your heart to rule that he shold be guilty of manslaughter...
because that is what that jury is most probably going tohave to do
whether they like it or not
so i think that is the last place you should chill

It is so sad...DH works with the Aunt of the FG who was killed - it was her wedding the night of that horrible tragedy. He deserves everything he gets coming to him so that family can have some closure at the least
