helium tank rental? or other balloon solution?
so im trying to come up with the most economical way to do balloons for DS's birthday next month. OMG NEXT MONTH!!! i digress...
i dont want to spend a lot of money since they'll get thrown out. but im not allowed to hang anything on the walls, so all the decorations will be on the tables.
id love to rent a helium tank and buy balloons from a dollar store. if i have them blow it up i have to transport 10 tables worth of balloons. if i order from a company that delivers that will probably be crazy expensive.
any ideas?

Re: helium tank rental?
You can buy small helium tanks at Party City...Probably cheaper then renting them..

We get the tanks from BJs. I've blown up probably 100 balloons for DC over the years, if not more. Very easy to do. Just don't overfill them, otherwise it's harder to tie them off. (and you'll have less balloons filled).

i wonder if you can bring balloons to party city and get them filled there? do they do that?
if not, you can get a small helium tank. they're not that expensive and probably more economical.

i dont think they are allowing rentals of them as of right now. For my shower in April my mother wanted to rent one and they told her they cant because there is a hellium shortage or something, but they do have te small ones you can buy
this is what cedarhurst paper told her

Re: helium tank rental? or other balloon solution?
It is very hard to find a place that rents the actual tanks anymore. I used to do this on the side and it really became too expensive to do. If you buy the tanks, they are 21.99 at BJ's for the bigger tank that blows up 50 balloons. The same tank it $30 at party city. Balloons, you are better off just buying them in bulk at party city, comes out cheaper and you'll have extra for the future. They also have some cool new things at Party City, things that you can use to make an arch(really simple). Get ribbon at the dollar store to tie onto the balloons and the dollar store also has the balloon weights for the tables cheaper than Party City.

For Jack's birthday I went to a local florist, gave them the balloons - and bought the latex balloones from them, and they delivered for me.
