HELP! DH's birthday is tomorrow night and we are both on South Beach

Any suggestions on what I can make him for dinner?

He has been really motivated to stay on.

We are in Phase 2.

I was thinking maybe a small filet mignon and lobster tail and some veggies on the side?

That's still good, right, with no butter to dip the lobster in or with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter?

Any other suggestions?

i always liked chicken cutles breaded in parm cheese too!

You can use the "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray.

You can also brush the tails with olive oil and grill/broil them. Salt, pepper, garlic. That's how I do them in the summer and we don't miss the butter at all.

You can do baked sweet potato with IBINB spray and cinnamon ( a real treat).

I also have a recipe for salad with romaine, sliced steak, blue cheese crumbles and lime juice vinaigrette that is soooo good if you want to use any left over steak.
