HELP - Need a new gym
DH and I recently moved to Seaford. I joined Synergy, which I am not happy with at all. There are TONS of high school kids just sitting on the machines and not actually USING the machines. The club never has any air on, etc.
Any recommendation for a great gym in the Seaford area. Hopefully not too expensive. NYSC wants a one year contract at $84/month. YIKES!

When I lived in Seaford, I belonged to World Gym in Wantagh. I really liked it. I think I paid like $45 a month but that was 6 yrs ago.

There is a NYSC on Merrick Avenue in E. Meadow, which is on my way home from work.
