HELP CD1? TMI
Ok so this morning TMI wiped little tiny bit of red blood so I put in a tampon. Just went to the bathroom and TMI my tampon has dark blood on it with some RED blood. Would today be CD1? or tomorrow?

from my similar post from early in the week-- I think red blood indicates CD1. Brown I think would still be considered spotting.

"full red flow" is what they consider CD1.

I would consider today CD1. If you're flow is heavy enough for a pad or tampon then it's Day 1.
