Help DIY - Favor Tag -- would like to attempt making my own, not sure how?
I think I want to attempt making my own favor tag for 's christening, but not sure how to go about it.
I'm doing wine bottles for the favor and I want to include, personalized ribbon, confetti (jordan almonds) and this tag and/or a little thank you note.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction? Can you post some pictures so it can give me some inspiration?
Thanks

We did something for our escort cards that could work for favor tags. We had 4x6 index cards and printed 3 sets of guest's names on the cards and them cut them into 3 pieces. Then we used a corner punch/embosser from Michael's to make the edges look fancy and added a little gemstone b/c I had tons left over. lol! Then you could just punch a hole in the tag and thread ribbon through it. It sounds like more work than it actually is and the only cost is the puncher which is under $10 and the index cards.
Here's a picture, though it's kind of hard to see...

Use colored card stock to print out and then use a punch - either like a scalloped edged round one or cut the cardstock down to smaller size and use an edge punch to create a lace look
