help finding a gym
Anyone know of a gym in the Sayville/Holbrook area that has daycare and won't break the bank. I have been pleading my case for a treadmill but it has fallen on deaf ears. My dh also doesn't want to have to feed and watch the kids when he gets home from work so I can go run. SO I need to find a gym that is not too expensive that has daycare.
Running is the only thing that keeps me from gaining weight so I can't take the winter off and I can't run outside in the cold with 2 toddlers. Help!
And yes I know that buying a treadmill will be cheaper in the long run but my dh just doesn't seem to care. He only sees the initial layout not that it will pay for itself.

Sayville Fitness on Main St in Sayville. They also have a running group there, and I'm pretty sure you can leave the kids in the childcare while you run with the class. And childcare is included w/ membership.
Sunrise Fitness on Sunrise Hwy, I think it's Bohemia...or maybe Holbrook. Pretty sure they charge extra for childcare.

Not really in Holbrook, but Unique Fitness on Portion road in Farmingville is resonable and daycare is a dollar a child
