Help I missed the call Menopur question!!!
I took a nap and missed the call today form the MD office telling me which drugs to take for the next two days.
I called back now and they are closed.
I am freaking out
So I need help please 
-What does 4 menopur mean? (One liquid 4 powders?) And where do you inject it?
I also have to take ganerelix but where do you inject that??
Please help

no sure about menopour but ganirelix is subcutaneous and can be done in the belly.
does your doctor have an email? im surprised they didnt leave you a message with the instructions!!

they showed me the menopur over a week ago but I have to admit that I have to write everything down and repeat otherwise i feel like I am going to do it wrong. I actually googled it and you would be surprised what you can learn.
I think its one cc of liquid for Menopur and 4 powders in the belly but I am not sure I just need someone to confirm for me
This nurse just ran it off like I was doing it all along. I actually woke up with the call in my head that I missed it

When i did it i took 1cc of the saline injected in one of the powder vials, mixed it up took that out with syringe injected in next menopour mixed, withdrew put it in next vial ect...
The ganerelix came in its own syringe thats sub cutanous I also did the belly.
The menopour did burn a little and left a little red mark on me.
i liked the menopour it was the one cycle that did it for me.

Yes 4 menopur means 1 vial of the saline and 4 vials of menopur. You draw up 1 cc of saline inject it into the 1 menopur powder swivel it around (don't shake) and then take it all back into the syringe and then go to the next menopur powder and do the same till you did all 4. You then inject into lower addomen. The ganirelix is also in the abdomen and its usually the whole syringe.HTH!

thanks so much I had DH help me he shook the first one but I think it was fine.
