HELP!! I need to find sitter/day care ASAP

So I go back to work monday, in a week and I get a call from our sitter that we used with our oldest DD with school and everything that she's not going to be able to watch the girls because of a family emergency.
So now with less than a week till i go back to work full-time i have to find someone to watch my 3 months old and to get my 8 year old on the bus for school. I live in the coram/middle island area and work in ronkonkoma area.
I don't even know where to begin looking, my older DD has been with her pretty much since birth and she's like family.

Does it have to be someone in your home?

I know you mentioned about your 8 year old getting on the bus I wasn't sure if you need to get her on the bus or the babysitter would.

Kids Place Day School is on/off Vets in the industrial area by Islip Airport - very reasonable rates. 981-9190. That could work for the 3 month old. Maybe you could get a neighbor or school mate of the 8 year old to help with before/after care? Does the school offer anything?
