what temp and for how long?
(turkey meat if that matters)

I usually do about 400 for 35 minutes, give or take... til the internal temp is 165 degrees..

I do 425 for about 20 minutes; I don't like them cooked all the way through since I simmer them in the sauce for hours.

i usually only broil them until they get brown on the outside and them finish cooking them in the sauce

I do 350 for a half hour, but that's for mini meatballs, i like to make mine bitesize.
