HELP-not losing on low-carb!!
So I started low-carbbing a week ago, because its the one diet that worked for me FAST about 3 years ago. I need to get down about 10-15 lbs in the next 5 weeks. I know its not the healthiest way to lose but I have my reasons Anyway I weighed myself this morning, NO LOSS!!
I dont like veggies so Ive had a hard time getting those in, but I have. Could I be overdoing on cheese? What about not drinking a lot of water- some days I dont. Also is heavy cream allowed or isnt it? I only had a little but could that have stalled me?
Its weird, the last time the weight just dropped off. I am hungry, cranky and still fat!

Try cutting back on the cheese...you shouldn't have more than a few ounces a day
If you are hungry, make sure you are eating enough fat
and it IS a healthy way to lose if you do it correctly

Try using a program like fitday where you can enter all the foods you eat during the day to make sure you are keeping your carb count down. Watch for processed foods and stay away from low carb bars if you are eating them.
I agree with Lisa - watch the cheeses and add fat. The fat will fill you up.
I would try to drink more water - it can really make a difference. I am not much for veggies either but manage basically a bowl of romaine lettuce with some cheese & dressing every day or every other day. When I am consistant with that I notice a diffrence.
