Help please - boys to get third DPT vaccine this Friday

my boys are now 6 months old and are supposed to get their third DTP shot this Friday.

I'm so nervous bc last time, at 4 months, one of my DS had a bad reaction about two days later. He was inconsolably crying for an entire day. i mean 10 hours straight of screaming crying. but, he went to sleep that night and was fine the next day.

i'm petrified that he's going to have a bad reaction this time and i don't know what to do

i know my ped does Pentacil - i think that's 5 in one. should i space them out and do one shot at a time?

i'm confused and scared and would just like to hear any opinions or what other people are doing. thank you!

Did you call your ped and raise the issue when it occurred after his last shot?

we have spoken about it and he said we could discuss it more on Friday. he was thinking of maybe giving one shot at a time, but he said he wasn't even sure that would make a difference

im just so nervous and i don't know much about all of this - i don't want to make the wrong decision
