Help please..Added question in bottom post..?? About The Dreaded Canine Teeth
DS has been soooooooooo cranky for at LEAST two weekends in a row...
I mean whiny, clingy all out tantrum throwing.... and this is NOT like him at all. I KNOW his canines are coming in, but can they really take THIS LONG to stop bothering him??? I want my sweet little man back and am having trouble believing that teeth can affect him for this long now....... Please let me know your experiences with this.
Thanks so much! Sincerely, A very sad, frustrated, tired first time mommy....

Re: ?? About The Dreaded Canine Teeth
I guess i'll be the bearer of bad news
Those canines take forever to come in! They tortured my DD for 2 months. She got 3 of them at a time, then her last canine and 2 molars decided to come in next.
Hang in there, invest in motrin for nighttime and 12-18 months is another time where separation/stranger anxiety comes back around too.
Good luck

Thanks so much! I actually don't take that as bad news per say b/c I was thinking it HAD to be something else. So knowing that it can in fact be that for this long kind of put my mind at ease a bit.
One quick question.. Does anyone know if these teeth can affect their noses? He seemed congested this morning when I got him up and has had runny diapers for a couple days... Or is this all a myth????

Agreed. Alex's teething would last for months at a time, and I hate to say it, but her back molars were even worse than the canines Use the Motrin -it works best for teething
