Help! Teacher's Choice Accountability Report
I'm trying to fill this out for the first time so that I can hand in my receipts. Do I have to list every receipt and a description of what a bought? Sometimes the receipt is so hard to understand with wierd abbreviations and stuff. But I have like 17 receipts so do I use to copies of the report to detail each one?!?! I feel like I'm making this harder than it is. Please help me!

I just generalize it. I saw classroom decorations, material, student books, media, technology. I don't list everything. Remember do not include the tax if you paid any.

I don't list anything. I just staple the receipts to the back of the paper. On the front, I just put "school supplies"... if they want to see what I bought they can look at the receipts.
