Help! torn between 2 strollers...need your expertise!!!
DH and I went to BBB this weekend and I found two strollers that I love, both for different reasons. I should add they are about the same price, the Peg is about $30 more.
Stroller #1 - Bumbleride Flyer: -love the mobility (more 'AWD' than the other), heft makes a smoother ride, a little more padded, not as long when folded, just as easy to unfold, extra fabric covers available in case of wear or damage, adjustable foot rest, reversible handle
-cons: harder to fold down, heavier by 4 lbs
Stroller #2 - Pliko P3 Stroller: - love the lighter weight, folds down easier, has matching car seat, reviews seem to indicate it will not wear as easily as the other stroller, has more accessories (rain cover/mosquito net thing)
-cons: does not recline as flat, may not be as all-terrain as the other, non adjustable foot rest, shoddy harness
(THANK YOU for your help again and again!)

Re: Help! torn between 2 strollers...need your expertise!!!
I have a Pliko and I am in love with it. It's light, folds up compact, pushes so smoothly, turns awesome and DD is soo comfy in it.
I dont' even use the shoulder harness straps.
But...since the seat doesn't recline all the way, you can't really put a newborn in there, at least we couldn't. I couldn't put DD in the stroller until about 6 months old.
ANOTHER BUT,,,the Peg can hold an infant seat in it til they outgrow the seat-you can use it as a travel system. I have a graco snugride and it fits in there, I just use the harness they provide with it.

Oh the foot rest thing with the Pliko, the part that the babies legs on moves up and down.

You're welcome
IMO, they are two totally different strollers. If you take lots of walks, like we do that the BumbleRide is great! However, if you do a lot of "running around" in and out of the car, stores, etc., then the BumbleRide is pretty bulky for that.

I originally registered for the bumbleride flyer in Red. The one you posted. (then totally switched on a graco system I found for a great deal I could not pass).
I love the bumbleride stroller. The handle can reverse, great maneuverability, quality, wheels, etc.. and it reclines flat.
I looked at several Peg Perego and was honestly disappointed. It was not as easy to convert the handle, the flat position, etc.

I did look at other Pegs and liked the Pliko 3 most. Just my preference. I thought they were all well built.
I guess I should add that a big difference between the bumbleride and peg was the tray. I like the tray feature; it seems to be a real help, esp when they are older...any thoughts????

Re: Help! torn between 2 strollers...need your expertise!!!
Can I offer another suggestion? we thought we would get the peg perego but when we went to the store we ended up registering for the zippy by inglesina - which baby bargains gave really good ratings to. It is a one hand fold up whereas the peg is a two hand fold. It does recline all the way - it also comes with an all weather cover.
