I'm in Manchester....thats where I am. Farah should be able to help you...
But I do know that you can do Yo!Sushi in the West End (£££) but fun KaitenZushi. Eff it, everything is expensive for you guys (unless you are on an Expense account) Try Timeout Magazine. Sorry!

Does it have to be Sushi? If you really want to impress someone in the West End, go to Yauatcha. Its so posh you aren't allowed to take photos...thats to protect their celebrity guests. And a cocktail is about $20. The food is amazing though. Its like Dim Sum, but super duper fancy.

Wagamama is ALL around. They are a big chain now. We have 2 in Manchester city centre alone. They do noodles really, not sushi
