Help!!! What happened to my web browser on my BlackBerry? Updated on bottom - all fixed!
All of a sudden, the option on my screen was gone. When I went into my email and tried to access a website through there, it said I don't have that option. I restarted my phone - what happened???? I also lost my GPS access!!!
I went through the options and tried restarting everything - but nothing worked!!!!
I am on hold with customer support now - but has this happened with anyone else????

That happend to me when I first got my BB and tried to sync it to my computer..no one could figure out the problem and they had to give me a whole new phone!

I've had this phone for over a year! I was just using the browser this morning!!!

That happened to me. DH gave me his and he got the storm. When they wiped the phone of all of his stuff the browser and some other features were erased.
It took DH 4 hours on the phone with CS from Verizon and Blackberry to get it working.

Just got off the phone with support - I was on hold forever - turned out they were updating the browser service, so a lot of people were affected by losing their browser service - the woman talked me through the set up options, had me register something, and then was able to reconnect me... just wnated to let you guys know in case anyone else has this problem.....
