I got mine at Buy Buy Baby. Bring a Bed Bath and Beyond coupon and they should give you 20% off. Make sure the coupon isn't expired or they won't take it.

Don't forget pet stores carry them too for people who want to get their pet a pool.
i had this problem last year and ended up finding them at walmart, this year i bought early.

I just bought DD a pool float at the Kmart in Penn Station at luch & they still had a few pools.
If you're really stuck you can also order one. I think walmart.com ships fee to the store.
