I love your 1st outfit. It's perfect! Summery and perfect for the occasion.
The green dress does not have much of a shape so it could be a hit and miss.
I also like the 2nd outfit of the 2nd pic.
But I still prefer the one you had on though.

IMHO...I think the green dress is WAY too dressy.
I would do capris and a simple top. After the heat...the pool...the cake...I was a complete disaster.
I'd keep it simple.

I tried on about 5 dresses today and hated them all on me -- so I'm not ordering the VS one either bc chances are I'll look like a whale in that one also.
I guess I'll stick with the capri's and halter.

I agree the white may not be the best choice for running around all day -
Also, you can wear more comfy shoes with the dresses ..........

I think I read you are 5'1? right?
I ordered the blue and white VS dress last year- it was HUGE- it's meant for someone over 5'7
way too much fabric
I think the green dress would be too much fabric also -
I realy like the white capri's and the tank the best- you look great!

There is no way I'd wear white but I guess it depends on how much help you have the day of.
I was nuerotic( Surprise, surprise) and runnign around like a lunatic all day and was a mess by the end.
I had cake all over me to boot.
I like dresses cause they are comfy.
But I also had to run around on the ground a lot after my kid who would not let anyone hold him for more then 2.5 seconds
