Re: hemmroids
use prep h cream (max strength) and witch hazel!! This helped a lot. Just apply some with hazel to the area, it really helps.
The best thing you can do though is try to alleviate pressure to prevent them from becoming awful. Drink tons of water, take colace, put your feet up...I got them at the end and it was not pleasant...

Re: hemmroids
Take a warm bath or a 'sits' bath every day. Make sure to clean well and use tucks pads. Best of luck, they are so uncomfortable.

Re: hemmroids
You can use Prep H cream and if that doesnt work, the doctor can prescribe a steriod cream.

Re: hemmroids
Hemorrhoids are very common during pregnancy. Your GI (stomach) doc can prescribe foam suppositories that help ALOT.

Re: hemmroids
I got them with my first. They went away about a month after delivery. I got them again with my 2nd, and 1 of them never went away I am now nearing the end of my 3rd pregnancy (and last) and have plans to have surgery to remove them once I get the go-ahead after the baby is born.

Re: hemmroids
Try the Preperation H suppositories. They help get rid of them, not just provide pain relief.

Re: hemmroids
Oh man not the answers I was looking for. I was going to do a thread on this but I knew I wouldn't be the only one experiencing this.
I just got this yesterday out of nowhere. Maybe I had them before but the size (sorry TMI) is unbelievable.
These can't go away any sooner? I read so much on how to prevent them but how do you get rid of the ones you have?
