Heparin update for my blood thinner girls

So I went to the hematologist to get switched to heparin....I have to inject myself 3x a day but the needles are just like the lovenox ones....no big deal

It just stinks that I have to do it 3 times a day 7am, 3pm, and 10pm

Oh well, only 2 weeks of heparin and then it is back to the lovenox for 6 weeks after birth

I also spoke to the doctor about the possibility of a c-section and he said that since they will put me back on the blood thinner 12-24 hours after delivery (8-12 hours after a vaginal birth) he was not overly concerned about the risk of clotting. He was confident that my OB would do what is right for me and my baby when the time comes

I cannot wait until Thursday to see how big lmy little chunker is

P.S I am a big baby and I stick 2X a day. You go for 3X a day!
