Here's where my mommy brain is at these days....
Ugg. Last night, I only had Chase because my sister (the amazingly wonderful sister and aunt that she is!) took Ava overnight and JT was working. So I took the opportunity to go to Target and get a whole boat load of stuff I needed. I got there, put Chase in the sling, returned something and off I went to stop. I had a cart full to the brim with stuff I needed (actually needed instead of just wanted, ha!), so I get to the check out line, the girl rings it all up, I put it in my cart, go to pay and my debit card is gone I ripped my bag apart, my wallet apart, etc. It was just completely gone. I ran out to my car to look for it, not there. I ran home and ripped the house apart, not there. Then I remembered I was at CVS with Ava and Chase earlier, so I run there, check the parking lot, not there. Go inside, ask about it, not there. We have A LOT of money in our checking account at the moment because I pay all the bills this time of month, so I freaked out, called the bank and canceled my card. So I finally get home, get the baby settled, sit on the couch and put my feet up. As I'm sitting there, what do I think of? Oh, yes, my debit card. The girl who I returned things to at Target, she used my card to look up the receipt because I couldn't find it and she never gave it back. So the whole time, the damn card was in the freaking store while I was freaking out and it didn't even dawn on me. So now I have to go to the bank today to get a new card made I hate this mommy brain thing!

hahaha sounds like me sometimes. just yesterday, i tried to beep myself into my house with my car alarm thing. once i left the house without shoes on. i'm ready for my brain back!
