-You attempt to pay with your Library card and not Debit card at the store....
-You pour Formula from its pitcher into your cofee versus MILK.
-You five minutes later attempt to drink a bottle versus the cup of coffee next to it
-You go to grab your gloves from your coat pocket and realize you shoved a bib and a burp cloth, not gloves in there.
I hope my son got my missing brain cells...

Lets see - I know I have posted quite often about this...
you grab the teething keys instead of your car keys
You leave the diaper bag in the middle of the parking lot and dont realize it until you reach for it to bring it inside (remember that one?)
I have done the near bottle sip when aiming for my coffee (or my beer )
When you can't get the theme song to Oobie out of your head
When you start calling DH "baby bear" and "my little boo" because you forget you are talking to HIM and not DC

When you walk out of your home thinking you have your keys on you, close door behind you, got to car, that is thankfully open but NO CAR KEYS OR HOUSE KEYS and its RAINING!!!
Like I said, luckily car was open and DD was able to stay dry.
I cried until someone came to help me!

I just did another one.. i ordered the M&Ms for my dd baptism. I put the date on m&m but i put the date wrong.. i put '07.. its in feb '08... agghhhh.
I called them and the lady said she would fix it ... that was a close one, good thing i remembered before receiving in the mail... close one.
