He's been sleeping sooo long today
So, I dropped Mason off at 7:30 AM this morning at daycare. I get a call from there at around 10:30 AM saying that Mason threw up all over (he was fed when he got there at 7:30) and they took his temp and it was 99.9.
I told them I'd pick him up and take him to the Ped. He's only 5 months old so better safe than sorry.
He didn't sleep much last night, but was tired earlier than usual and they said he didn't nap at all at daycare. He fell asleep on the way home from daycare and then when we got back from the Docs at around 1:30 he's pretty much been sleeping since then. It's 4 now. BTW... the Ped said it doesn't seem like anything. Either a cold ending and breaking up or the beginning of something so just to watch him.
Can he sleep this long?? I hope he's ok

Re: He's been sleeping sooo long today
if he's breathing ok and still eating and wetting diapers it may just be his little body needing down time to fight off whatever is bothering him. Like we do when we're sick, we sleep it off.
Hope he's ok
ETA: knowing my nervous self, I'd probably check his temp every hour and also wake him up for what lil food he can hold down every four hours, which also gives a chance to change the diaper.

DS slept for my DH on Friday from 9AM-1PM. Anything is possible. Hey, everyone has days like that even babies.

Thanks! That makes me feel better. He usually naps for 2 hours the longest. This is a long time for him. Plus, he was supposed to get a bottle at 3:30 and sleeping. Yes, he drank his whole bottle at 11:30 and his diapers been wet. Although he was having difficulty earlier trying to poop when we got back from the Ped and we did the Thermo trick. Didn't work b/c that was when he passed out,
