Yes we think we will stay but we did NOT like the house.
Oh well. We arent aggressively looking anyway. I LOVE my co-op and we spent alot of time and $$ redecorating etc And its SO cozy and affordable so.... in due time

Us too. We are actually hoping to get a Co-Op in a few years.
My question- do you know of the Co-Op communities in Smithtown not accepting pets? We have a dog who is our LIFE... and I heard some of them do not allow pets.
Do you know about that??
