Our girls are absolutely perfect! I can't say enough about North Shore Univ. Hospital and their staff. The best thing I ever did was room them in with us 24/7 to get a real routine going. We are lovesick over them- so much so, my husband called in and took 2 months leave from work the day they were born

C-section has a lot of bad and ugly for me and not a lot of good. They took a tough chick and turned her into a pansyass mary I won't complain about motherhood or being tired because I'm not, but I am in PAIN. I need to run up and down stairs and do stuff but I can't.

Rant over. my girls are so amazing and so GOOD.... eek afraid to jinx myself. I have them sleeping 5-6 hours overnight. I hope this keeps up- it's great so far!

Omg Michelle, I had no idea you had the girls!!! I have to FM you. Congratulations and hope you're enjoying all the best that being a mother offers.
I promise that once you recover from the c-section, it'll be a blip on the radar. Amazing how the mind can forget such pain. Pat yourself on the back, its a freaking major surgery. I was most def a pansyass the first week!!
So far its been a difficult road for us. DD has been in the hospital 2x for a high fever because of a UTI. We were actually just released from Cohens on Mon. Drs think she has Kidney reflux like I had. Great drs there but sad to see all the sick children. I feel overwhelmingly blessed and like others have said before me, being a Mommy is a tough job but the most rewarding.

G- time flies by so quickly. Enjoy that belly of yours while you can! Can't wait to hear about the twins. You too ellie! Love hearing from you gals.
