Hi, I am going to be joining this board...
I got my BFP!! 
I am still in shock and so is my DH. It was our first month TTC and we were on vacation for 18 days of it---maybe Italy's motto La Dolce Vida helped us out a bit  . It was the first time in about a year that I didn't watch my cycle closely and chart so needless to say, we feel truly blessed that it happened so quickly.
With my estimation we will be 4 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I don't have many symptoms except sore boobs (which I get every month anyway), tiredness, mild cramping the past 5 days or so, and this one is funny--my sense of smell is super sensitive.
I am going to call my doctor today to set up and appointment. Anything else I should be doing this early on?

Enjoy this time as it goes quickly!!! And don't be surprised if the doctor doesn't see you for a while. Most won't see you until week 6-8.
