I also love Morton's. It is a tad pricey but their menu & wine lsit is amazing.
Frank's in Woodbury is also nice food-wise, but the atmosphere is a bit loud.

These were already mentioned but wanted to recommend them again.
My favorite is teller's
then Peter Lugers
Rothmans is very good also
and Uncle Jack's was yummy too
now i need a steak!
