I'm glad you had a positive experience. From what I understand, three months is the industry "standard" but it was created more for the mental health of the patient, not the physical. If your body is ready to get pregnant again it will. If your lining is too thin, chances are a fertilzed egg wouldn't even implant. There are many, many women who get pregnant the first cycle after a miscarriage and go on to deliver perfectly healthy babies.
I 100% agree. Here's some for you!

Don't worry about the three month rule- I don't think they really know that this is a medical fact- usually its more for your emotional state than anything else. I got pregnant my first cycle after a D&C and my DD was fine. Trust your instincts and you will be fine
I am glad you like your new doctor and I can't believe your old one didn't recommend the stitch- My SIL lost her baby at 5 months and the next pregnancy she had the stitch put in and was on bed rest- not fun but she has a healthy two year old now!
Good luck to you! I will be keeping an eye out for your BFP!!!
