High Fructrose Corn Syrup
It's everywhere!! I went to buy some ice cream and read all the labels. The biggest offenders are the diet stuff.
So I bought B&Js Vanilla..it had no crap in it.
I'm trying to get away from preservatives and other junk.

I have been trying to avoid it too and it's REALLY REALLY hard. It really is in almost everything. We have been buying Ben and Jerry's too, I also bought Breyers (I have chocolate chip in my freezer) and that has no high fructose corn syrup either.

Since I'm on South Beach Diet, I'm so conscious of labels now. It is everywhere, but I've done a lot of reading and know what to get that doesn't have it in it!
