High Ranch Living Room Windows & Stairs

Hi,
Does anyone have a High Ranch that can show me pics of:

1) Their window treatments or blinds - Large Living Room Window
2) What do you have on the wall where your stairs are?
3) What do you have over your door? Looks so plain to me.

I have a high-ranch, although I still have not done much in this department yet either.

However, I do have the Levolor Cellular Shades for my windows and don't plan to get any window treatments b/c I like the clean/neat look that it has now.

For the wall along the stairs I'd like to get canvas paintings that are 3 vertical paintings with a continuous picture or pattern. Something Like This

As for above the door I will probably leave empty as well, especially if I get the paintings for the other wall. I feel like that would be too much.
