Highs and Lows this week
Low- i bombed a test that i really thought I would have nailed. I can't remember the last time i was that upset. But, i cried it out, and i'm ready to rock the next one.
HIGH- I rotated to Labor and Delivery this week, and witnessed- up close- the miracle of childbirth. I have to say that it was the most AMAZING thing I have ever seen, and i still feel like i'm on a high from it. I was truly in awe- still am. 
what are yours?

Low: the partner that I work(ed) for left the firm...taking the client with him
High: He asked me to go with him to his new firm...so now Im in the process of meeting people in the new firm to make sure that its a good fit for both of us!!

Low - terminating someone who has been with my co for 18 years & her mom died 2 weeks ago.
High - going to my son's Star of the Week & watching DH read Joseph's favorite story to the classes - complete with all of the voices (king, queen, etc)
Also - very cool high for you neenie! I saw my sister give birth, it was the most amazing thing - aside from being the one giving birth that is...

lows- when i was working at the sac my old boss would make us feel like crap and a nobody and it made me feel like a nobody.also losing a co-worker who passed away last week was really heartbreaking.
Highs- started my new position yesterday at the LS building and i am enjoying it.... people are friendly and complimented me on what a great job i was doing,i never had compliments at the old building i was working at and it really feels good and i feel GREAT.

High- got to see DH for the first time in 3 and half weeks b/c I had been visiting family in NY.
Low- got some sad news when I arrived in Australia that one of our friends commited suicide  . Straight off the plane to a funeral.

Thanks. DH was closer to him as I met him 2 years ago, but still, it was totally unexpected. He was always one of my favourite "DH friends". We didnt even know that he was depressed. And so young (25) too.

low - found out my co-workers S/O may not make it through the weekend.
low - my bosses bos making a decision that my boss disagreed with and I was stuck in the middle on who do I listen too.
high - we got paid this week
high - DH got a bonus
high - lost the 2 pounds I gained

High-Had a conversation with Dh's coworker who told me that my DH totally adores me, loves me and talks about me all the time. Love that Man!
