Hip achiness when sleeping
I toss and turn all night long because my hips ache from lying on them. I have a snoogle on one side and use a regular pillow on the other side. I dont know what else to do. I cant get a good nights sleep and wind up sleeping on the couch. Anyone have any suggestions on how to alleviate the achiness? I dont want to go on like this for the next 8 weeks.

Re: Hip achiness when sleeping
I had this with my first pregnancy. It is torture. I would put a pillow on an angle under my belly so I could sort of rest between my belly and my hip. It was the only way to get rid of the pain and get some sleep. Good Luck.

Re: Hip achiness when sleeping
I've been struggling with this for months! Sometimes I'll take a tylenol before bed and that seems to help, although it wears off during the night. All week i've been sleeping on the couch. I'm ok as long as I'm propped up on lots of pillows. I miss bed though!

I've been laying my belly on the snoogle, it sort of helps when I can lay on that side. Otherwise, ThermaCare packs are my best friend
