His fever is now at 103.5 with tylenol and(UPDATED)
we're heading to the Dr in 15 minutes.
Update: It seems that we have another ear infection. thanks for all the well-wishes!

Hope he feels better soon, keep in mind 103.5 is not cause for alarm (although fevers scare the shite out of me, but this comes from a MOM who has kids' whos fevers reach 105). Medicine is for comfort only, I have I child who get high fevers and is like a limp washcloth and I drug her up, my other one runs arounf the backyard with 104 fever, my doc always recommends not treating her.
