Thanks. Yes, that is the restaurant that the people down the street from me own. I have not been there in many years. I always forget about it. We go for ices next door though in the summer.
what ices place?  Hoi Ming is it's own building (not in a shopping center) and I don't remember seeing an ices place, although that sounds yummy after chinese food 
It is right next door in a little place. Not sure the name but we have gone there for many years.
