holes in our floor????
we just ripped up the carpeting and are putting down the laminate wood flooring...we have no basement.
we found 1 in the living room and 3 in the bedroom these rectangular shaped holes in the floor...when you look down you can see dirt...
Does anyone know what this could be?? we are clueless!

maybe the house was treated for termites and since you are on a slab that is the way they got the chemicals down to treat them. Our house was treated and our lower floor was ripped up we could see the holes in the concret.

i've never seen that but you should be able to fill it with some concrete, making it level, so you can do the flooring. there's always a surprise during renovations, right?!
