We were looking for something too-something minty but I couldn't find anything really easy that I could make pitchers of.
We did find Christmas Mudslides-didn't try it out yet because we bought the wrong ingredients but sounded good.

I'm doing an alcoholic egg nog (or Coquito!) for our party. Also a Christmas Sangria - a bottle of Cran Raspberry, 2 bottles of Sweet Sparkling Wine, A couple of chugs of brandy, a Bottle of non-sparkling wine - a little OJ. Add Pomegranate Seeds, Kiwi Slices and some red and green apple slices.

mix champagne (muscato) and cranberry juice. Its yummy, easy, and festive!

How about a White Cosmo? LOVE these!!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz vodka (I use Stoli Oranj)
1/2 oz grand marnier
1 oz lime juice
1 oz white cranberry juice
Dried Craisins or Frozen cranberrys.
Directions:
In a shaker with cracked ice, combine the vodka, Grand Marnier, lime juice, and cranberry juice. Shake well.
Strain into a martini glass, garnish with the fruit, and serve at once.

THis sounds more like a dessert drink:
but sounds goooooooood
ingredients you need
1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1/2 oz. Dark Creme De Cacao
1 tsp Creme de Menthe
8 oz. Hot Cocoa
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings
Peppermint Patty:
Stir together the liqueurs and add the hot chocolate. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Chocolate Peppermint Cookie
3/4 oz.Partida Blanco Tequila
1 oz.Peppermint Schnapps
3/4 oz.Godiva® Liqueur
1-1/2 oz.Cream
Rim martini glass with chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes. Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into martini glass.

Heat some spiced wine over low heat, like Brotherhood Holiday Wine, garnish with a cinnamon stick.

I LOOOOVE this - it's actually become my new favorite drink of late! Specifically Muscato because it has such a nice natural sweetness that it balances the bitterness of the cranberry.
