Holiday tipping my hairdresser-- At what point am I an "offical client?"

I'm getting my hair cut today. I've been going to this hairdresser since August and have been to her a total of 3 times after today...
Should I be tipping her additionally for the holidays even though it will be my 3rd time?

I'd probably bring her a GC to starbucks or DD - whatever's closer to the salon

might just be easier to tip more than you normally would. considering it is only your 3rd time and haven't decided if she is the "one", an extra $10 - 20 should be fine.

Hmmm.. glad you posted this... I am looking for a new hair place, and wanted to go this week. I don't want to give a "holiday tip" to someone I never had cut my hair before! I will wait another week... hell, I have waited this long!
