I agree, but I guess we don't really understand all they are going through because of the abuse. It is so sad!!
My DD is 14 and I have used all of this to have many, many conversations with her about this. I have to thank all of these women for speaking out and speaking up and bringing this to the forefront.

There really isn't much about this in the news, wish he would get what he deserves. He needs to be outed big time like Harvey.

My guess is they paid off all these girls (or their parents) handsomely to keep quiet. So now they feel they cannot speak up. It is terrible!

Precisely -- it is awful. We see where most of the child 80's actors ended up... i could only imagine with this generation

And now Chris Hardwick - this one took me by surprise and really bums me out. I watch a lot of his stuff and listen exclusively to his podcast (I’ve been trying to catch up but I’m only at 2015). I just couldn’t listen to it tonight bc I loved the positive messages and the upbeat feel of the show and the revelations by his ex girlfriend are completed different than his public persona.

I just read her article & I disagree. It sounds like abuse to me. Granted, being controlling isn't a crime, but by definition, it is abuse and it is wrong.
JMO I think he deserves his career ruined. By her own account, her career has suffered because of his actions. She's still a successful working actress so this doesn't seem like she's looking for 15 mins of fame.

I kind of agree. She sounded to be willingly in the relationship for 3 long years. Sounded fishy to me.

By her account. So to say he deserves his career to be ruined, we have to take her story as fact. Even if we don't know if it is. That is what I do not think is fair. For any of the people that have been touched by this issue. A woman makes an accusation against a man and within days that mans life is in crumbles. True or not. And a few weeks later, everyone has moved on and forgotten about the issue and he is left with a broken career. That is what I do not think is fair. It seems that right now, there is no innocent until proven guilty, one of the founding ideals of this country.
