Holtsville Ecology Center holiday lights-----last night!
We went tonight and I am pretty sure that it was the last night. I just wanted to say that from the reviews here on LIF, I thought it would be a pretty small show. I thought I had read that it's not much compared to the lights at Jones Beach. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised!!!!!! I have been to the Jones Beach one and I like this one better. It was especially beautiful because there is snow in the ground. The drive through area and the walk through area are both very nice and they offered great photo ops. I recently started to move away from the AUTO setting on my DSLR and I got some really neat shots tonight (not uploaded yet). Too bad DS fell asleep. My advice to all is to go next year!

Phooey! Missed it, and the Girl Scouts one, too. Anyone know of any lights shows that are still going on tonight? I went to both last year, but totally missed them this year.
