Holy *&!#!! I did 7 miles on the elliptical today!
In April when I started going to the gym I could do 1 mile and could barely do 2 miles. I felt like I was going to pass out back then. Over the last 6 months I have built up my strength and stamina slowly and today I hit 7 miles on the elliptical for the first time. The most amazing thing about it for me is that while my body does feel tired from it and no point during the workout did I feel weak or felt like I was going to pass out. I felt strong and determined and to me that's a complete turn around from where I was 6 months ago. I am so proud of myself that I just had to share.

do you use any settings? what level do you do?
my dh thinks hes super kool cause he does more miles than me but i do it on random mode on level 3 while he doesnt touch the settings

When I'm looking to do miles I keep it on level 1. When I'm looking to push myself more I'll vary the levels.
