Yes, exercise that is. I have been working out daily at home doing some treadmill and some videos 1x a day since the 1st and my jeans are looser. I can take another pair of jeans off without unbuttoning them (time to retire those!) Its been a long time since Lukie was born and I no longer have an excuse.
