holy expensive

i just came back from the bagel store

2 cream cheese bagels
2 medium coffees
10.50

Was i wrong to get sticker shock??
I thought at most i was going to spend was 5 bucks

thank god for the emergency 20 i had in my car

they messed up; and I would've said something

two bagels w/cream chese & two LARGE coffees over here in Bklyn is
$1.50 for each bagel
$2.25 for each coffee

$7.50

they charged a dollar more each because it was flavored cream cheese (veggie) not regular

and they did charge as if it was 2 large coffees instead of meduiums but still(as im looking at their menu that i took from them) so expensive

It definitely is a lot, but seems pretty much on target for LI bagel stores.

thats expensive. I dont think DH pays that much at our bagel store for two egg sandwiches and coffees.

I am big on buying a dozen bagels and freezing them.
