Holy Heartburn
Well, the heartburn has offically moved in, hung up curtains, and is watching it's favorite show in my FIREY chest! I can't kick it!!! I have tried milk, TUMS (which do nothing), and eating an apple. I read online that drinking a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar works. I am still at work but you better believe I am drinking that stuff when I get home!!!

Yes. My High Risk Doctor suggested I take this over any other OTC HB meds. I am so thankful I did and do! One pill a day and seriously within 20 minutes of taking the first pill I have not experienced it since. good luck.

Re: Holy Heartburn
I wouldn't take the apple cider vinegar advice - that would contribute to the low pH in your stomach and probably give you worse HB. If the Tums don't work, could you try something else like Gaviscon?
